We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate is highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Online Marketing Managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Key responsibilities include overseeing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. You will also measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Additionally, you will identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), strong analytical skills, and data-driven thinking. You should also stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. This is a strategic role that requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership. You will be expected to collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, and instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
